Are you a School Official?
Pre-ordering allows you to take advantage of special pricing as well as free shipping. Because the pre-order photos are shipped in bulk, we are able to pass along free shipping to you!
Once pictures are taken, they are moved into the production process where they are uploaded and files are sent to the lab. This process usually takes about 2-3 weeks to complete. Once finished online ordering will reopen and you will be able to view and order your photos. You will receive an email and text message at this time with a unique student password.
Once you have navigated to the ordering screen you will want to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the box marked “Photo Gifts and Individual Prints”. You will then click on the box marked “Photo Gifts & Individual Prints A-La-Carte”. You will then see the option to purchase a single photo/sheet.
You will want to head to the Wagner website and click on the order tab at the top of the page. You will then enter your password into the first box on the left of the screen and choose your event from the next screen’s list. You will then fill in your student’s information to pre-order your photos.

You will then enter your first PIN and your last name into the center box on the screen to view and order your photos. When you are ready to order your next set of photos you will click "Find Another Event" at the top of the page and search your next PIN to view and order those photos.
Your sports photos will be delivered to the school if you pre-ordered. When these are delivered to the school, they are distributed to coaches who will then send them home with your athlete.
Each school dictates the timeline they would like their store to be open for ordering. If your online store is closed your school’s yearbook has moved on to the production phase. Unfortunately, we are unable to re-open the online yearbook store. We suggest reaching out to the school to see if they ordered additional yearbooks for parents to purchase once these arrive closer to the end of the school year. Often, schools will order extra yearbooks for situations such as this.
When yearbooks are delivered is dictated by the school. Typically, the yearbooks are delivered and distributed a few weeks up to a few days before the end of school, but some schools may have yearbooks delivered over the summer for distribution during the next fall. We suggest reaching out to your school to inquire about when your child's yearbook will be received.
If you have ordered a yearbook you will be emailed a confirmation receipt with an order number once the transaction is final. If you are having trouble locating this please feel free to give us a call at 314.567.5900 and one of our representatives will be happy to look this up for you. Or reach out to your school to verify that an order was placed.
Please reach out to your school to verify that yearbooks have been distributed. If they have been, then let the school know you did not receive your order so they can look for the missing yearbook. If the school does not have the yearbook, then the school or you, needs to reach out to Wagner with the information so we can look into and rectify the situation.
Don’t worry, we will have extra dates available for senior photos once the first set of dates passes.
Once you have your senior photos taken you will want to log in to your gallery on our website. You will want to scroll to the photo of your student that is a seated pose with a blue background. When you click on the photo you would like to appear in the yearbook you will see an enlarged version to the right of your screen. You will want to click on the icon under this photo marked “yearbook” to select this photo.
Yes, we will have the correct cap and gown as well as a diploma for your senior to use during their photos.
Spring photos are taken as a ¾ posed photo. We call these “personality portraits” because your student’s personality shines through!
