Wagner Portrait Group follows STRICT PRIVACY GUIDELINES required of storing student images and data to comply with COPPA and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99): the Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records, in addition to adhering to the Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA) and proud to be an approved member of the National Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC). In short: student data, including parent contact information, is never sold, rented, leased or disclosed to 3rd parties. It is only used to inform the parent of the school-contracted photo and families can opt out by replying "STOP" at anytime.
